    Smile Hi

I would suggest you to use Joomla because it is known for its templates and menu manager,Web Link Management and Content Management.

I am a joomla developer and I advise you to use Joomla because
Joomla CMS is a user friendly, powerful, ergonomic, easy to install, administer and its operation is very reliable:
-Very large library of extensions, modules, templates and plugin's available.
easy to use for "small user"
    -optimal security
    - and more
I hope you make the right choice
