Not even sure where to post this ...

I guess I should start with a LINK to what I have made as a "visual template" of what I want to end up with.

    My questions are:

Can this be done with html?
Would I need Javascript as well?
Should I be looking into a Database Manager of some sort?
Is ther eanother option I haven't even considered?

A few kicks in the right direction would help me immensely right now I know what I want, but am not sure what to call it or where to start looking to learn how to build it. The last part of the page - the "Create New Entry" section - will be removed entirely and is not a "requirement" and would not be part of the final page that I load to my site ... I don't mind adding things manually if I have to, but would prefer to have it as shown at least on a page running locally on my computer for Data entry.

    Thanks

Can you describe what your site will be about?
Maybe we have more information about how you could use MySQL.

MySQL is an extremely powerful database, and most webhosts already
have it for you to use ... for free. It's part of your webhosting account.
    Check into that.

PHP is already for you to use too.

Give us more info on what your site is supposed to do.

With such questions my suggestion would be to hire someone else to do it if you want to see it soon. Cheaper and quicker probably.
