Bringing a Header and nav to phpbb forum

I was wondering if it was possible to have the exact layout for my banner and navigation brought over to a phpbb theme. so that it looks as if the site is all the same but really isnt. Cause my site is in HTML but i want to combine it with a php forum. so any insight on this would be great.

yeah, edit overall_header in the admin style section. I edited mine using that file http://www.oregongoldhunters.com/

    EDIT:

    use

    admin > styles > templates > edit > choose overall_header.html
