    when traffic gets big

Hello, I have a few websites under management. I don't have a dedicated server or anything, but I was wondering, when traffic gets big, in the thousands, will that affect your host's performance and what transitions would have to be made when it happens?

Yes, the traffic can affect the server and the browsing experience on your site. Usually the next step when that happens is to get your own dedicated server. That way you aren't sharing the server resources with any other site.

How do you know when you are ready to make the transition?
