Is frames the only way to go?

I am building a website that has an mp3 streamer in the navigation bar. I was going to either just copy and paste the navbar, or use a php include, so it is the same on each page. However, this will reset the mp3 streamer.

Is there any solution that will allow the mp3 player to continue playing yet still navigate the site? I have a feeling my only option will be to use frames, am i right?

    Thanks

The best solution to your situation is to not play music It's incredibly annoying... just my opinion.

I wouldn't normally have music playing, but it is a website for a club night + record label, so it's appropriate. It's not necessarily going to auto start either, just an optional playlist while navigating the site.

Thesixtyone does this, maybe drop them a line?

I think that maybe you should have a separate page for the music. Are you licenced to play it?

Yeah that looks good, thanks, I'll see what I can find out about it. The record label will upload all the music to be played, it's up to them if they are licensed to play it.
