    Horrible Arguement!!!

    http://www.websites-dont-work.com/business.asp?id=12705

well, not really an arguement. If I saw him on the streets, I would punch him in the face. The reason websites do not work is because people do not update and maintain them. What do you guys think about this?

Also, he states errors with our websites, but does not tell people how he is gonna fix them himself???

    The way u get to the top of the search engines is by getting views, and putting good contents in meta tags. Whoever gets up there, usually stays :-}

    what u guys think?

I think you should change your sig unless you wanna annoy a mod

and he's using a marketting ploy to convince people that his ways are better, even if he is talking BS. Most marketters do this.

    and also, calm down

    Yup, it's all drivel.

My experience is that most people belie their integrity by their attitudes to the integrity of others - ie, if he believes that most web designers are inexperienced chancers, then it's a fairly safe bet that he, himself, is an inexperienced chancer.

And don't get me started on the site's fatal validation error, and the dozens of basic coding errors and accessibility problems it has ...

aah, he's just trying to build his own reputation by ruining others.
him and his unprofessional site with loud highlights and underlines that ought to have been links, the page looks exactly like those lame 'earn-100,000-bucks-a-month-with-this-package-by-first-paying-$35' thingies that are all over the internet in all those 'top-money-making-secrets-that-generous-millionaires-have-decided-to-spill-out-to-you-because-they-love-you' topics.

    Great damage? victimized? shocking truths?

I just sent him a message:
    Sir,
If you have the experience and skills you claim, can you explain to me why your own site is littered with basic coding errors, has numerous accessibiity problems, and cannot be validated due its lack of a (compulsory) DOCTYPE?

    And this is what happened:
    ADODB.Command error '800a0d5d'

Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation.

    /include/adohelper.asp, line 293

But Brothercake, who are you - or we on the greatest webdesign forum going - to criticise him? He's Microsoft certified* he can highlight AND underline text, HE uses an interesting combination of centered and left aligned text to completely comfusbicate, not to mention his title of "internet consultant management", wtf's that a manager of consultants?!

His page isn't too bad but wow, that guy knows how to get up my nose.

I am not sure whether he is genious, or an idiot?

he is either really smart and knows people will beleive him, or he as an idiot and beleives what he writes.

If he was smart he'd realise that other people can see through his cheap psychological tactics. Obi Wan Kenobi once said this:

"If you strike me down, I will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine"

You see, because Darth Vader is evil he cannot directly know what it is to be a good man, so he literally *cannot even imagine* what kind of power and transcendence is available to a good and virtuous Jedi.

So it is here - if this guy had 1% of the skills, experience and nous that he claims, he would realise that his livelihood depends on reputation; there are enough conscientious and intelligent people in this industry that charlatans and cowboys never make it to the real deals, or if by blag they do, their contracts are not renewed he'll either spend his career chasing low-value contracts for companies who "don't know any better", or he'll realise and decide to do things properly, or he'll go out of business.

    Really?

If he was smart he'd realise that other people can see through his cheap psychological tactics.
We designers can; some customers possibly can't, and that's of course what he's hoping for... (yikes, that's very customer-unfriendly...)
