    completely confused

I am not sure this is the right place for this question. But it is so urgent and I need some help.
I created and html page and now I am trying to convert this to a PDF. I have adobe acrobat 5. I opended the actobat and file > Open as Adobe PDF. It created the PDF but at the top of every page it is putting a header and at the bottom of every page it is putting the file path, date and the page number. I dont want this header and footer to appear in my pdf. So how can I elemenate this? Please help me with this. I went into every portion of adobe acrobat and couldn't figure this out.

In Internet Explorer go to File/Page Setup and remove header and footer junk.

In Netscape4.x go to File/Page Setup and uncheck header and footer

    then create the PDF
