    A little help please with this code.

    Hi

    I want to have something like this, http://www.webhostingforums.net/help.htm

    I just made this as an example i know it wont work but thats what i want , i want it to let people browse for a ZIP file and when they click SEND it will send the file to my mail box.

    the browse button on that page is totaly wrong, well to be honest i dont think anything is write,

    this is that code from that page
    Code:
    <form name="form1" method="post" action="">
            <p>Email address:
              <input type="text" name="Email">
            </p>
            <p> Zip File:
              <input type="text" name="Zip File">
              <input type="submit" name="Browse" value="Browse">
            </p>
            <p>
              <input type="submit" name="Submit2" value="Send">
              <input type="reset" name="Submit3" value="Reset">
            </p>
          </form>

    If anyone can help me i would be greatful.

    herm... methinks you use <input type="file" name="the_zip_file">... and you'd have to make sure that formmail is capable of handling that.

    in the <form> tag you put ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" umm.... and then if your form processor knows what to do with that it should be able to email it... i think it can be emailed anyways... maybe someone who's done this before will click the post reply button...

    sure.

    goto www.hotscripts.com

    You'll find what you're looking for. I'd suggest the PHP solutions. PHP rules.

    Sure here you go. I found you the link to the actual page of file uploader scripts.
