n' /me seems to think the biggest downfalls are...
    1...just a horizontal® scrollbar @ 800 res...
2...just a having® that scrolling section in the mid left doesnt seem to just a jive® either...:O((( it seems to 'break' the page into more divisions/areas thannn you just a lready® have...
3...n' lastly??? /me doesnt just a like® the Elab8 background used in the scrolling part...:O((( n' thinks twould be just a better® to pick one of the lighter shades of your main header n' colour it that...:O)))

    lol!

I agree with what Justame said, umm hmmmm... Make it cross resoloution compatible, I use 1024x768 and it is not spanning the whole way.

    Um... a few spelling mistakes.

    Loose the counter.
Err... The transparency of the links is a little much.

That's about all for the moment, my study break is coming to an end so have to hit the books again..

    Ciao!

I recommend optimization but is a lot of work (yes, several hours).
On average, if you do the whole thing (take no shortcuts), then your site will benefit from about a 50 percent performance increase. ok...so...
    What to do:

    1) Take each and every graphic you have and run it through Gifbot optimizer:
    http://www.netmechanic.com/GIFBot/optimize-graphic.htm
(scroll down a little, over to the left)
1a. Select BOTH jpg and gif for output and if u need email addie, use root@localhost.com (yes, literally)
1b. Save the one with the smallest %% but watch for quality loss.
1c. Save to your hard-drive with SAME name as old graphic.
    1d. Update server, upload image
note: so long you use same names, you'll be fine

    2) Auto-tidy up your HTML into nicely layed out markup with Dave Raggett's HTML TIDY at:
    http://cgi.w3.org/cgi-bin/tidy BUT WAIT!
MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR SITE!
If you don't make a backup you will be sorry!!! MAKE A BACKUP, at least all your html files just copy them to a empty folder on your drive so you got a dupe! ok.
2a. Enter html file, then wait you will get a page but *View-Source* do NOT save the resulting web-page you HAVE to view-source!
    2a. View-Source, yes? ok.
2b. Inside source, Press Ctrl-A (select all)
2c. Inside source, Press Ctrl-C (copy all)
2d. open up your corresponding html file in Notepad
2e. Inside Notepad, press ctrl-a again
2f. And, inside notepad press ctrl-v - this should've replaced it all.
2g. Be careful you will have to trim the extra code Geocities put in there for their banner get that outta there.
2h. SAVE and CLOSE all windows except the tidy
2i. Update the server, upload the html
2j. Check your site, make sure it still works (yes, after every page)

    Good luck!

Change the font, some people dont have the one that you are using - well unless you intend to have it look like courier new.

By the way, you have a lot of ads, and the counter is just an eyesore.

The colours of the font in your menu bar do not stick out either.

The colours overall look tacky, because there is so much going on.

    less == more

    Remember that.

Doing a lot does not impress. Doing little does the trick - because then it looks clean-cut and concise.

TARGETing your links into the iFRAME might help a bit.

Seems to load up fine here, but that doesn't say much on a T1 connection.

On the images you have for links, I suggest using a black outline on the text - especially if you have the white text sitting on a white background.

Design for screens at 800w x 600h (775x575). You can center it with FRAMEs for highter resolutions if you'd like. Having to scroll the page sideways is an inconvenience to most visitors.

Counters are so... 90's. I'd either get an invisible one, or loose it all together.
