What to have on the homepage...

Hey! I have a Sims 2 site (Sims info found here - (not my site) -http://www.thesims2.co.uk) and I want to know what sort of content I should put on. I was thinking cutenews or something - but do I need anything or can I still continue developing on Notepad and Windows Explorer?

Why did you create the site if you don't know what to put on it? It's a good idea to plan that first.

Other than that, what would you like to see on a sims2 site yourself? What do you think others would like to see? Brainstorm!

download either aptana studio or one of the microsoft vs08 express apps, they'll clear up your headache right quick. vs isn't so hot on the js code collapse, where aptana has it, however, i prefer to develop in both at the same time, on the same project & complain about the resources they take up combined.

usually on a homepage you'll be putting the navigation to the different content you have, maybe a video or some links, mainly you want to get something in about who you are, what the site is for, and some recent news involving it.
