    Question Search Engine Results

Hi. I've been around forums looking for help with my site and on a few occasions I used the name of my site and posted the URL for it. The problem is that the search engines picked up on this and now if you type in the name of my site, the results include my queries on web forums about technical development.

Is there a way to remove these results? I deleted one topic on another forum that had my site's name in the actual topic name, but Google results still list that topic as a result, including the now non-existent topic name. Will these results eventually fade away for being non-existent? How do people usually go about getting help with their sites without attracting attention from search engines?

So what can I do to help remove the results where I did not use the format you just mentioned?

PM WA (the forum admin) and see if he can help remove your links.

I'm clear for most of the threads I posted on this forum, but another group called flexcoders has a lot of mirror sites and so my threads have propagated throughout. I'm trying to think if there's a way to have google ignore those pages. If they are modified and do not contain the keywords I'm worried about, will the pages be cached and recur in future searches or will they cease to show up?

you waste your time. if you search after few minutes on google after this post you will find it.
I suggest you to focus on how the information posted can be used to harm you and act somehow.

this is specific for internet, once you make something public you can't retract.

    best regards

It could be possible that your website is not optimized properly, otherwise search engines will never display substitute website whenever somebody search for your domain.

You should make sure that you have optimized your website properly. Other than that, it could be possible that forum where you have posted, was ranking high on Google. This could be the reason why your original website got overshadowed by the forum
