template cells online appear expanded, rather than in design view not, due to next cel

    http://www.polis-index.com.cy/POLIS-...oura-table.htm
I built a webpage above with a template, with dreamweaver mx 2004, but hence I make the template with tables, the side cells(align top) appear with distance between themselves rather than as in design view(dreamweaver mx 2004) without distance, due to right cell of table (editable area) expand , well how in template i make these cells appear as in design view(attach image) NOT as online (reality URL)?
cells (3) on the left in comparison with one cell on the right , what I must do to keep them ALL on top ? What if I insert the 3 cells on the left in a table[1x3] inside template table ... aligned top ?

Here's a view tips for you.
    1. Never use tables again for a layout
    2. Get firefox with firebug, which will help you see that's going on with spacing and everything
If you look with firebug what's going on, the right side of the table row is where all your content is. If one element of a row goes down, so will the rest of the row. That's where the bottom spacing is coming from.

Tables are meant for raw data, and for an actual table, not for a layout design.
