    Pretty Urls with Mod Rewrite

    HI

i'm having trouble making a .htaccess file that will accept up to 10 variables and it doesnt matter if they have content in them or not.

For example if i have sitename.com/param1/param2/ i would like it to translate to
    sitename.php/pg.php?s=var&s2=var.

Now if there isnt 10 parameters i dont want it to 404 and i need it to allow any type of chars i will do validation in the script so does anyone know how to do this. How trulia.com formats its urls is exactly what im trying to do

    thanks

then just write a rule that has 10 sports in it. That website no dbout uses this, because the variables need to be in a specific order to work. So the forst /param/ is always state... and so on
