Netscape 8.1 shows bullets I draw with dreamweaver somewhere one DIRECTLY above other (in start of the line) and somewhere each at the begining of text NOT line, all this for centered text (bulleted) , well what to do to show by the latter way everywhere ? (although ie7 shows always the latter)

Don't trust DW's Design view, it's not a browser to render your code. Nothing to worry about DW if it doesn't displays correctly. Assure that all browsers display them in the same way!

It is not clear what the problem is. I presume that the first set are as they appear in NS8 and the second set as in IE7. Could we have the basic HTML code that produces the bullets. Do you have any explicit centering or styling to center these bullets.

It would be more useful to see your HTML code. Click on the the hash (#) symbol above the compose message box, and then copy your code between the [ CODE][ /CODE] tags.
