    I use dreanmweaver mx 2004 ... also when sometimes I go to insert links appear a message that this in template area-no modify [although in reality isn't] , what to do ?

    You can't see like this in design mode(DW), since it'll convert them to <>. Search for the above commented snippet in code view mode and those symbols may be there just below it.
    Note: If you are using php includes, then they might be in some other files. I used FF's view-source method.

    neither in code view i can see them ... i use templates and library items ...
