What type of coding will this require?

Here is my recently coded site. http://xgodxextinktion.freehostia.com/
As you can see there is a username and password field. I want to integrate the username and password the main website and also I want to keep the same username and password for the forums. I havent made the forums yet because i want to get this answer first.

I'm not sure whether freehostia does server-side, though...might do PHP.
