How much can you charge for the entire web site, for the layout design or what?

It's a very basic one. I would charge 50 € at the most for design,... I don't know

    Suggestions:

    seems empty
times new roman font - ugly
    marquee scrollers - very annoying
colors - inadequate, not well balanced
Frontpage banner - ehem... not really necessary
Try to use styles to create a more professional look
Don't resist to assimilation. Billions of Borgs can't be wrong!
