    They used one background image
    Code:
    http://www.google.co.kr/ig/f/AaEyQnOaAr4/intl/ALL_kr/svc_sprite_all.gif
    and all they do is change the background position of the background image.

    Ah now I see… I guess my IP has betrayed me because it showed the German page with the “Google Korea” image. I had to click on the link in Korean language which usually states that Google is available in the respective language (http://www.google.co.kr/ig?sp=korea&hl=ko).

    That’s an interesting effect… this seems to be the script (or a part of it) that is creating the motion effect. It’s very compressed on their page so there might be more…

    PHP Code:
    var r={};
    r.svcTabYSpritePosition={we:"0",im:"-33px",ne:"-66px",bl:"-99px",gr:"-132px"};
    r.svcTabFrames=2;
    r.svcTabAnimationSpeed=0;
    r.svcTabMouseoutTime=0;
    r.svcToolbarYSpritePosition={gm:"0",ca:"-37px",to:"-74px",de:"-111px",pi:"-148px",ta:"-185px",no:"-222px"};
    r.svcToolbarFrames=7;
    r.svcToolbarAnimationSpeed=75;
    r.svcToolbarMouseoutTime=100;
    r.init=function(){
      if(
    ka&&Na<5.5)
        {
          return
        }
    var
    a=sa("a","",Aa("svc-tab"));
    for(var
    b=0,c=a[i];b<c;b++)
    {
    var
    d=a[b],f=d.getElementsByTagName("span")[0];
    if(
    f.className=="bgp-fr")
    {
    var
    e=d.id.replace("-i","");
    new
    P(d,r.svcTabFrames,r.svcTabYSpritePosition[e],r.svcTabAnimationSpeed,r.svcTabMouseoutTime)
    }
    }
    var
    h=sa("a","",Aa("svc-toolbar"));
    for(var
    b=0,c=h[i];b<c;b++)
    {
    var
    d=h[b],e=d.id.replace("-i","");
    new
    P(d,r.svcToolbarFrames,r.svcToolbarYSpritePosition[e],r.svcToolbarAnimationSpeed,r.svcToolbarMouseoutTime,"tt")
    }
    try{

    R.execCommand("BackgroundImageCache",false,true)
    }
    catch(
    j){}
    };
    var
    _KO=r
    The funny thing is that they forgot to set a body background color (Korean Google only).
