Unhappy emailing a contact form contents assistance required

My instructor just told me....I am busy marking and have no time, just email the @#$&!@ thing and get on with it.
When I said I can't find a Formmail host to handle my contact form.

All I wanted to do was send the values of the form to an email, what does one do when they didn't teach you how.

Would this be a Javascript task?
How do you get it into the mail form?

    Don't worry,
I just took a stab in the dark and came up with :...

action="mailto:name@ispname.com.au" and it sends the form data to my email as an attachemnt postdata.att

    That's good enough!
