    Computer Programming Resources

I'm pretty much looking for anything that anyone can give. This include links, faq's, and anything else that someone sees as useful. Later today I will start a thread in the feedback forum for ideas on this thread. If someone can manage to do it before me, feel free.

The information gathered in this thread will later be moved to the Sticky in the Computer Programming forum.

Just to clarify, this is for the Computer Programming Forum and not the Computer/PC discussions forum.

    Regular Expressions

Here's a few regular expression tutorials. They're mainly perl as I use the php pcre functions

    http://www.regularexpressions.info/tutorial.html *Star Link*

Fairly run of the mill sort of stuff
    http://www.phpbuilder.com/columns/dario19990616.php3
    http://www.amk.ca/python/howto/regex/
    http://sitescooper.org/tao_regexps.html
    http://gnosis.cx/publish/programming...pressions.html

Two big text files that look like they have potential (I haven't read them!)
    http://www.datamike.org/man/regexman.txt
    http://www.pcre.org/man.txt

    A huge library of regexps
    http://www.regexplib.com/

Finally last but certainly not least, a great tool for anyone wanting to learn regexps - http://www.weitz.de/regex-coach/ - the regexp coach

(Also a good link to test your regexps - regexp.php)
