    not sure exactly how good an idea for a contest this is, but i think it'd be nice anyway: a map that plots out where in the world the members of the forum are.

    well, it would have to be updatable on a regular basis, which would be the tricky part.

    you could all input your longtitude and latitude into a box and different colourd blobs show up on a map of the world, a red dot for less than ten members, a green dot for less than 30 members etc.

    I remember seeing one done as a 8GB gif, dotting all the forum members in another forum... dp I think.

    I think I remember Sc00by_Snacks something like that once.. there was a site where you had a map and you could jot down a point on it and put your name there with a bit of text and stuff.

    some members have submitted and some results have been obtained, I will process them and post the page link later, as i have just come back in from being away.
