    Neutral Reputation.

Hi. Users have tried to give me 'Positive' reputation (I hope) and their reputation turns out neutral.
    Why does this happen?

My guess is that there are som cutoff values for when it's possible to give reputation, and how much, and the users in question were below those cutoff values. What are the cutoff values? I have no idea.

If you are learning PHP, developing PHP code, or debugging PHP code, do yourself a favor and check your web server log for errors and/or turn on full PHP error reporting in php.ini or in a .htaccess file to get PHP to help you.

    Oh. Thanks
    But I really don't think it's fair.
All users should be able to give pos/neg reputation.
