    help please! hyperlinked flash banner?

    I've created a flash banner from a gif animation
    Just imported the gif, rezised the flash and published.
    Now, how do I add a hyperlink? Embedding the flash with a href doesn't work so how do I easily make the flash banner clickable?

    Thanks!

    It's just a piece of cake if you use ActionScript.

    Code:
    on press() {
    getURL("http://icebergz.flashband.net","_blank")
    }

    Put your fla file in a zip file and attach it to a post. If you don't have the fla file then its likely that you don't have the rights to change the flash file.

    draw a huge black square over the whole peice of the work, convert it to a symbol and type: button

    change its alpha to 0%

    and for its action settings put the code shown in the last post by iota

    on press() {
    getURL("http://icebergz.flashband.net","_blank")
    }
