Does anyone know how they did this? A fireplace burning

Just wondering if anyone knows how the web designer created the effect of this fireplace continously burning? I tried to do this with a movie clip, and using flash, but as the swf would loop, you could see it stop and start again. Choppy. On this website, it loads so fast and is so smooth. Awesome! I am learning Flash, and was just hoping someone could explain this to me. Thank you in advance, Buffmin.
