Realistic fireplace in my flash project

Hello, I need some advice on the best way do this. I have an image of a fireplace. Using Flash, I would like to make a realistic swf where it looks like there is an actual fire burning in the firebox (using flash).

My thoughts were to use Photoshop to cut out the firebox section of the fireplace. Now, using Flash, I would insert this image(png) on a layer and on a layer below, I would....(not sure) have a swf of a fire burning? Would it be an swf, or movie clip? Anyplace where I can get a free fire clip? I would sure appreciate some advice. Thank you in advance, Buffmin
