New to flash and need some help

I am a serious novice with flash and thought a template would help get things rolling. I have Adobe CS4 and can easily edit most parts without any problems. The one issue I am faced with is not knowing how to set the hyperlink to one section of the fash site. Let's say for instance I have a link on the home page for "Services" and on a seperate page I have a list of common services that I want to re-link to the "services" page. How is this done? Unlike HTML I don't have seperate sites for each link.
Sorry I don't have much info for you guys/gals. I purchased a template and it's not online yet. You can view it here at... http://www.flashmint.com/show-template-2454.html

I hope someone can help me out here. Thanks!

thats a pretty beefy template for a novice! You need to find where the "services" page is located in the flash file. Then you need to direct the "services" button in you Action Script panel to that portion of the file. Its a broad question and really depends on how the flash file is constructed
