    Help with multiple countdown timer.

    Hey! I got this concept of a mutiple countdown timer, that is for example, it will first show, 38 days to christmas, then after that, it will show 50 days to school and so on, and then it will repeat the loop. Is it possible? Sorry, kinda new here, so if I am in the wrong section, kindly point it out to me. Thanks

    This is the countdown timer I am using.

    Code:
    <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="100" width="200" data="http://www.usflashmap.com/component/cdt_new/cdt2_1.swf">
    <param name="movie" value="http://www.usflashmap.com/component/cdt_new/cdt2_1.swf" />
    <param name="base" value="http://www.usflashmap.com/component/cdt_new/" />
    <param name="flashvars" value="
          &timer=1&
          &time_template=3:ss;2:mm;1:hh;0:dd&
          &time_color=0x000000&
          &label_color=0x000000&
          &background_color=0xFFFFFF&
          &flare_view=true&
          &time_label=d:DAY;h:HOUR;m:MIN;s:SEC&
          &time_zone=(GMT +08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore&
          &event_time=year:2010;month:12;day:11;hour:0;minute:0;seconds:0&
          &event_duration=year:0;month:0;day:0;hour:0;minute:0;seconds:0&
          &event_recursion=no&
          &onpress_url=-&
          &event_onpress_url=-&
          &title=Days To ORD&
          &event_title=ORD&
          &sound_file=-&
          &event_sound_file=-&
          &transparent=true&
    " />
    <param name="quality" value="high" />
    <param name="wmode" value="transparent" />
    <param name="scale" value="noscale" />
    <param name="salign" value="lt" />
    </object>

    Do you want this in the HTML or in the flash forum?
    This is code to embed a flash movie into an html page. I doubt the flash guys can give you any help without the source code.

    In either case, its not java.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');

    Actually, I wanted it in the HTML forum and I thought I posted in the HTML forum, I have no idea why it ended up here, was it moved? So exactly, where should i post it? I tried the java forum and now this. Sorry, very clueless and very new to this, just wanted to add it to my blog.

    It looks like this embed code sets the timer, but you'd have to change it at the end of each timed event to set the next.

    Well I'm a big fan of understanding what you use at least enough to make minor changes. So I suggest that you read up on where you got this.

    http://www.usflashmap.com/component/countdown_timer.htm

    It even provides a simple interface to change the timer as you wish...
