    Flash > PHP > Database?

Hello, I already have setup a SWF file where you enter your login credentials, and I want it to submit to a PHP page on my website, and then contact a database, check if the information is right, and then contact flash again, letting it know correct password, or incorrect, or if correct, the username.

Would this be safe, if I used the mysqlrealescapestring too?
I've seen some tutorials put it in the actual actionscript, which isn't safe.

I've almost got the PHP part for this done, but what would the actionscript part be?

    Please help. Thanks in advance.

I suggest that you utilize AMFPHP

    http://www.amfphp.org/

which is a nice portal to switch between the server and Flash. Its probably the best situation, but if you don't want to do this there are other ways which might not be as complete.
