    Exclamation PDF FlashPaper/Flash Help

    Hi,

    I was wondering, if it is at all possible to use FlashPaper to display a PDF on a server which has the address passed to it on the fly or even just developing a Flash app to do it. I just want to know if it is feesable before I start taking a look at one. My main problem is I want a minimal pdf viewer i.e. without all the toolbars and options of Adobe Reader (yes I know about the #toolbar=0 etc). I only want one button effectively and that's print. Nothing more, nothing less.

    Thanks!

    Why would you be using FlashPaper to embed to the pdf in the first place? Why not just link directly to the pdf?

    Why?

    Because I want a nicer looking interface for starters and i dont want a toolbar displaying save and with FlashPaper you can disable the save. I also don't want them to have buttons such as rotate and snapshot as it won't fit with the UI that has been designed for this site. I asked a simple question why give me a stupid answer? Can it be done or not?

    Because your simple question seemed to be going about this the harder way. BTW you can disable some features with Adobe professional. Oh yeah way to be mature. Guessing that 89 stands for your birth year. Your attitude sure does show it. Good luck getting help. You are ignored by me now.

    First of all I'm not going about it the hard way I'm going about it the way that I want it done. If you can't do it this way then why reply? As for your petty digs at my maturity and age, I think you need to take a step down from that pedestal you seem to have put yourself on and learn that you can't fix or do everything. Adobe Professional as you tried to point out can't disable individual buttons for cross browser compatibility as far as I know from researching. Unless of course you, in your infinite mature and age learnt wisdom, know how to do it. I thought not.

    All hail the king? I'll pass.

    Use this code to open PDF, no Plug-in required.

    <Iframe
    src = "test.pdf" width = "500" height = "800" align = "middle"> </ iframe>
