    Question Personal Error Page

How do I make my own error message, replacing the 'page cannot be displayed' screen. So if an error occurs, I can bring up my own message that can take the user back to the page they came from. Also like a JAVA error 404 page. Would the script be on the link in the previous page, or would it be a js file floating around that can handle errors?

Here's another good thing about using php

Have a look here and at the fourth script down the page (phpErrorDoc).

Seems a 'prettier' way of displaying errors, and you could change them of course.

    Arrow

PHP is nice and all, it answers alot of my questions. But this particular site has no PHP,ASP or ASP.net capabilites. So the only answer would be JAVASCRIPT!

    Thanks though!

I just checked the specs and It does not say that it does support it, nor does it say that it doesnt.

I do not know, but if it does not support ASP , then I doubt that it will support HTACCESS.

    Wouldnt mind other Ideas.

Freeservers.com, not the best, but nice for a little side project.

I am using the free package on this site.
