Question Applying a hover script to dynamic images flowing from flickr

I am using a script to build a miniature image gallery using Flickr as the host for the images and this gallery pulls the images into individual list items in an un-ordered list. My problem is that I am trying to use the jquery effect from http://www.sohtanaka.com/web-design/...fect-w-jquery/ but I have only gotten it to work with static images and not ones that I pull from flickr.

An active version of what I am working on is available at http://www.tonybobrov.com/hoverdemo. just view the source of that (yes ugly looking so far) page and the scripts are are both at the top. If you have the web developer tool bar you should be able to see the short CSS list as well if needed. I would greatly appreciate any assistance on this issue.

I figured out what the problem is:

The hover event handler only applies to elements that exist at the start and does not catch anything that is created at run time (such as the flickr images and the <li> that is created for each one).

    BUT

I need it to catch elements as they are generated or immediately after. I was told there may be a jquery plugin regarding this issue but my attempts to find it are unsuccessful so far. Can anyone provide some input?
