    Buffer?? C language

    Hey,
I am trying to take in a stream of numbers for example 24 56 87 86
and I want to do it in one take in by the user.... but I am having difficulty taking in these values all at once... I need to take them in as characters because I may want to add other things then just integers... is there any way to read ahead then just the first value thats been added so the 2 for instance... is there any way to get access to the 4 56 87 86?? If you dont understand lemmie know haha... its kinda hard to explain...

    Thanks,
    Lippy

Are you saying you want to read in the integers as characters, then start printing them from a certain point delimeted by the user? Sorry, but you're not very clear as to what you need to do.
