Question msgbox() Custom buttons in visual basic

is there a way to make my own buttons in a message box if i dont like the ones that are prebuilt?

i want a message box that has three buttons: "phone" "name" and "address"

    is this possible?

--i dont want to have to create a new form to do this--
    thanks for any response.

you could write some sort of function, to show your new form with a customer message, just like a messagebox, and you could refer to it, like one too.
