VB: Getting a listView item (not SelectedItem)

I have a listView control, and would like to know how to get a pointer to any given item. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. I'm looking to set the 2nd one to Bold font, and can't for the life of me figure out how...

    Figured it'd be:

    lstView.ListItems(1).Item.Bold = True

But it dosen't do it. Doesn't do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
    Aaron
