    delete files

I think I have created a BATCH file before.

But now I forgot how to do it and i don't have the codes with me since my pc was formatted..

I just want to delete all files in my IE Tmp file..
I know the commands something like this.. but it prompt it..
any idea?? use -r or any other variables

    del "c:\windows\temp\temporary internet files\*"

I should use a notepad and save it as .bat I think. rite?

As said once before, download and install the TWEAKUI PowerToy from Microsoft. It has an option which can be set to do EXACTLY what you're asking for here. It will also give you a number of other nice things so pursuing this BAT file idea further isn't of any real value.

Regardless, if you want it to run at startup you only need to place the bat file or a shortcut to the bat file into the startup folder of your start menu.
