Exclamation Please let me interview YOU professional

Hello computer programmers, I hope one of you is able and willing to assist me by answering some questions I've prepared about my prospective new career. All comments are welcome and if someone is enthused and wants to elaborate on their responses privately I am more than willing to email or phone chat. Thanks again.

*When did computer programming become an interest to you?
*How difficult was it to learn to program and what contributed greatest to your success?
*What is something you wish a more experienced programmer told you when you first began?
*Is computer programming what you expected?
*Did you have any trouble finding a job?
*How many hours a week do you regularly have to work?
*What kind of work were you expecting to do? Is that sort of work what you are doing now?
*Would you have learned a different programming language first, looking back on it today?
    *Do you enjoy your profession?
*What have been some of the most rewarding accomplishments you havee made in your field?
*What sort of work ethic do you think is required to be a computer programmer?
*In your opinion is a deep understanding of math required to be a good programmer?
