X connection to localhost:15.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).

Hey guys, the title pretty much tells you my problem.

I finished coding a program for class, and I get this error when I try to run it. "X connection to localhost:15.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown)."

I know it's not a coding issue, but rather a software one, but that's as much as I know. I'm using a pc at home with a SSH Shell to connect to my Universities Machines.

What do I need to do to get this stuff running so I can see my work?
