I wanna send data out on my COM1 . I tested this code with turbo C++ 3.0 :

It compiled the program but the data I received from COM1 was exactly what had sent to it .
I tested the above code with Borland C++ builder X 2002 , But there weren't even the outp and inp functions .
I need this code to communicate with my robot .

Could send me a code usable in Borland C++ Builder X ? Will be really thankful
