    install .img files [ms-visual j++ express edition]

    I download V-J++, do you know any way to install .img files [ms-visual j++
    express edition] , I only have "ROXIO CD & DVD CREATOR SUITE 6"....?

    An image file is an image of the CD (or DVD). You either need to use Roxio to burn the image to a CD (putting the .img file on a data disc isn't it). Or use a program like daemon tools to mount it.

    What happens after burn it to a cdrom the img file ? If there any free software for installing.img files like MS-Visual J++ express edition ? "ROXIO EASY CD & DVD CREATOR SUITE 6"....CAN INSTALL SUCH FILES ?

    If you use the "Burn Image" feature in Roxio (assuming there is one) once it is done burning, the CD will be just like any of install CD for any other program. You stick it in and can run the setup program.

    When I use the "Burn Image" feature in Roxio, the image on the cd is still .img ? If yes, how to install, if no, what extension is ?

    No, when you burn the image, all the files that are contained in the image are burned onto the CD.
