Then why do you need to learn c "fast" and why do you have a deadline?

And what do you want us to tell you? Try using your favorite search engine and look up C tutorials. There are PLENTY of them out there.

After reading the tutorials and you've made an attempt to write some code, we'll give you tips and advice on how to correct your code.

These forums are here for guidance and help, not for lessons and tutorials. We advise, not teach.

If you already have programming experience with a different programming language, you could probably learn enough of the C language in a few weeks with a good programming language reference manual to be able to write some useful code. If you have no existing programming experience, it is going to take you a bit longer than that. For the amount of interaction and feed back necessary to learn a first programming language, you are probably going to need to take a class.
If you are learning PHP, developing PHP code, or debugging PHP code, do yourself a favor and check your web server log for errors and/or turn on full PHP error reporting in php.ini or in a .htaccess file to get PHP to help you.

Pick up Kernigan and Richie's "The C Programming Language". It's the original language specification, in textbook form, in about 300 pages. Pick up a lot of coffee to go with it.
