I use Outlook 2000 for incoming pop3 emails and Word 2000 as the email editor of choice. A lot of times I need to copy/paste automated responses from pre-existing Word documents with answers to these generic questions. My problem is when I click 'reply' within Outlook, open Word 2000 as the editor, the page margins are automatically set to a value of '0.' When I paste my pre-existing documents into the 'reply' window the formatting gets screwed up because the margins are set to '.0'

My existing word documents are formatted with a margin value of '5' and any other value yields unformatted text and pictures that get thrown out of their desired columns.

Is there a way to force a margin value of 5 with every email message? Thanks!
