Fixing the video lag on a TV card for Playstation 2

    Hey guys,

I'm using my Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150 card to play my PS2 on my PC. I was wanting use it to play games and record my online PS2 games at times. The problem is that the video lags heavily (up to a five second delay in really hectic gaming situations) and I was wondering if there was anyway to fix it?

I have used a TV card previously on a PC when I was living with my parents. That video card played flawlessly. That was several years ago. I moved in with my fiancee and bought a new card, the Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150, because they no longer manufacture my older card.

Anyway, as I said I was wondering how I could fix this and if anyone could help. I am using an RF switch connect the PS2 to my TV card.

Did you try reinstering the card?
