Unhappy Burning .mpg file to DVD with dvdSanta v3.45

    I am burning a .mpg file to a DVD-R with dvdSanta v3.45.

Is there any way to speed it up. The reason for asking is that the display i have in front of me is reading:

    Source Position: 00:29:55
    Elapsed Time: 00:36:45
    Remaining TimeL 01:22:10

Does this not seem quite a long time to burn a DVD-R?

I *think* it is a 8x/4x DVD Writer.

    Any replies are appreciated.

    Thanks.

No considering that most DVDS are like 4.7gb. How large is the file you are trying to burn.

The file is 780MB in .mpg file format.

Is there anything I can do to speed it up?

    TIA.
