Lightbulb Any simple "todo lists" app?

I'm looking for a very simple program to have "todo lists" for several projects.

It should be something like a folder-tree with very little features. Does anybody know one?

I don't really need anything complicated with stuff like calendars, reminders...

I just use Excel and Mozilla Sunbird for tracking projects, however http://www.snapfiles.com/get/vipsimpletodo.html looks promising

This is probably way different than what you're looking for, but I was blown away by this simple, yet effective concept. [The Hipster PDA]

    Hey! thanks for replying.

The Hipster PDA. is very nice, portable, well documented, and totally customizable. I have just one problem so far, and it's got to do with font settings: I cannot really share notes with co-workes as they usually have their own font likings, so I wrote the author about this flaw. We are going to test it for a week at work. As soon as we got relevant results I'll let you know. I'm sure it's going to be a step forward in the company.

After trying for two days more than 20 freeware & shareware programs I finally came out with a wonderful open source app. It is not as simple as I was looking for, but it is the absolute winner.

KeyNote (version 2 coming soon... oohhh)
