    Server vs. Program?

Okay, I am a consultant for a computer enhancing non-for-profit business, and recently we were sent out on a job to a local YMCA to fix something. What it was that needed to be fixed was the way that the staff accessed the front desk computer. The director of the YMCA wanted to be able to access the front desk computer from her desk (remotely), and have the abilities to have complete control over the computer with administrative permissions. What do you think is the best way to do this?

Software (i.e.- Radmin, PCAnywhere, etc...) or setting up a server...?

If the computer is running Windows XP, you can use remote desktop to log into it accross the network. If you are looking for a freeware solution you could try WinVNC.
