Solving the problem of switching windows

I have recently started to learn programming. Whenever I get stuck, I usually get google for the solution. Once I find the solution, I have to continually switch between the solution and my code editor.

Is there any better way to do this?

One simple solution would be to use the window-rightarrow and window-leftarrow key combinations to give your browser and code editor half the screen each
