    Hai,

Th first thing you should do is run a system diagnostics as soon as you start in the DOS menu. Press F12 or Del as soon as your system is starting and it will load the boot menu.

From there select System Diagnostics and run an extended scan.

Kindly post with your progress to help you further.

    Thanks

Its a general problem no need to worry for that . All you need to do is clear all your temp and other unwanted apps and software which you have installed .Then make sure you have the right antivirus which will be good enough to control the virus.other than that every thing will be fine.

Its a common issue you simply just don't have to fear for that. All you need to do is obvious all your temperature and other undesirable applications and application which you have set up .

I would suggest you to remove any external peripherals connected to the system. Also, ensure that the PC is used in a room temperature of 0C to 35C (32F to 95F) with a humidity level no greater than 90%.
