    Unhappy Help Downloading !!!!!! ???????

    when i download a script or .zip file from dynamicdrive.com or any where i automatically opens it it a program that doesnt work how do i get it all back to normal so when i download it it opens in a normal folder like it should do , please help i really need it . thanks .

    abit of a confusing explanation there

    Try to explain your-self abit better.

    But anyway. I will explain what should happen with a zip file anyway just incase you don't know.

    When you click the download button you should save the download to a folder on your computer. Then you should open that zip file on your computer using winzip.
    Then extract the contents of that zip file to the folder on your computer. You should then be able to see whats in it.

    Sorry if you already know that, but I don't really understand your explanation.

    you know when u download someonetihng it goes on your desktop as a normal zip file ( or it should do ) but on mine it puts it straight as a runner file and i dont want it to .

    this should be in pc issues forum, but i think there is an option when you right clicked called save target location as or something or another, try that.
