    Question CF9 - List collections issue - engine=solr

    Hello, everyone.

    Something that just cropped up, yesterday. No, I didn't change anything in the CFAdmin.

    CFCOLLECTION action="list" engine="solr" will produce an error:
    Error getting collection information : java.security.AccessControlException:
    access denied(java.io.FilePermission C:\path\to\collections\collectionName\data\index read)

    If I remove the engine parameter, no problem - it will list all the Verity collections. But I'm trying to work with Solr. CF documentation shows that I am coding correctly:

    Code:
    <cfcollection action="list" engine="solr" name="solrCollections" />

    Thoughts/suggestions?

    Thank you,
    ^_^

    Resolved

    {cf home}/solr/multicore/solr.xml was the culprit. It still had a reference to the removed collection, so CF server was trying to look in a folder that wasn't there.
