Newbie to forum and to coding

Hi, all. I'm new to the forum so please forgive the ignorance. I consider myself a novice on the very bottom rung of the ladder when it comes to coding. My coding experience is limited to several hours of code acadamy but as I want to build an ap. solely for mobile use I have decided to bin it off in search of a better way to fill my head with coding knowledge. With several hours of code academy under my belt I feel confident I could build my own basic web page but that is taking me off in a tangent away from my desired goal. After several hours of Google searches and wasted hours of reading articles to find they are of no use to me I have decided to join the forum for advice on the best programming tutorials or advise on the better straight to mobile ap. programs. I'm not looking to build a majorly interactive ap. like create a game but im also not looking to build a simple button ap that links to a web site. I want it to be used solely within the mobile device. I will need commands that would help me access features of the device by an outside influence. I will possibly bore you further at a later date requesting more info/help but at the moment just trying safe time by finding/learning the correct coding to suit my needs.

I may be talking gibberish but if anyone has a clue what I'm trying to get at and can point me in the right direction, please do. Many thanks

Foundations, man. You can't leap right into a specialization. Take a look at the links in my signature for HTML/CSS resources, then I'd suggest going to the JavaScript area, and checking out the resource sticky. You have to know the code before you apply in great amounts.

you stated that your coding experience is limited, not to mention, is your coding skills also limited? I think its better to have a partner before entering into a business. Much better if your partner have a coding experience and also a business experience , its good to participate in a forum and ask for some advice with the pro's, but I want you to know that nothing beats a real advisor .

Develop a dynamic website which is responsive too for the mobile platform. All you need to do is just start coding. You can get tutorials online easily.
And if you totally interested in the mobile app development then start learning android and develop simple apps on it.

with the help of online tutorial available on web , try to make responsive website. for this you will have to make a simple website by using php or any other language that you have learned. then for responsive website all you need to add is bootstrapping code.
